Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Here’s our cancellation process:
Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancel 14+ days before your trip: Full refund
- Cancel within 14 days: No refund
- No-shows or late arrivals: No refund
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans shift—we’re here to help!
Cancellation by K’awat’si Tours:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other factors beyond our control, K’awat’si Tours reserves the right to cancel a charter.
- If K’awat’si Tours cancels a tour, customers can reschedule their tour for another available date or receive a full refund.
Changes to Bookings:
- Booking changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled charter departure.
- Rescheduling will be accepted at least 14 days before the scheduled charter departure.
- Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled charter departure may not be accommodated and will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Communication:
- All cancellation or booking change requests must be communicated directly with K’awat’si Tours through our designated communication channels, such as our customer service phone line (250) 230-6040 or email.
- We recommend keeping records of all communication regarding cancellations or changes for reference purposes.
