The tour is approximately 4 hours

Scenic Boat and Wildlife Tour

Climb aboard and discover Hardy Bay, God’s Pocket, or wherever the wildlife may be! Our local guide will take you for a 3-hour

adventure where you could see marine mammals such as whales, porpoises, stellar sea lions, and marine birds.

to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy

At K’awat’si Tours, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process for our customers, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation by the Customer:
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour departure will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour departure will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows or participants who arrive late for the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other factors beyond our control, K’awat’si Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour.
  • If K’awat’si Tours cancels a tour, customers can reschedule their tour for another available date or receive a full refund.
  • Requests for booking changes, such as rescheduling or adding/removing participants, are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure.
  • Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled tour departure may not be accommodated and will be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • All cancellation or booking change requests must be communicated directly with K’awat’si Tours through our designated communication channels, such as our customer service phone line or email.
  • We recommend keeping records of all communication regarding cancellations or changes for reference purposes.

Note: Some tour packages or special events may have specific cancellation policies or different refund terms. Customers are advised to review the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking for such cases. By implementing this cancellation policy, we aim to ensure a fair and consistent approach to cancellations while also managing our operational resources effectively.
